Cabarete Kite Point Kiteboarding School provides professional kitesurfing courses taught by certified instructors. We put great emphasis on safe yet efficient teaching methods. We are proudly powered by CORE Kites, the best kites and safety equipment in the industry. Our all-inclusive package includes 9 hours of private lessons for beginners.
El Cocotazo Cafe serves energy-packed breakfast, lunch, early dinner, and dessert! Our cuisine is comprised of a variety of everything delicious and has a little something for everyone. You are welcome to choose one meal per day for 6 days during your stay. We left one day open so you can feel free to explore what the rest of Cabarete has to offer.
Our home base is located smack in the middle of the world-famous Kite Beach. When you book our package you will stay 7 nights in one of our standard beachfront rooms. Each room comes with a wide-open view of the ocean, WIFI, and cleaning service included. And don't worry, you don't have to share it with anyone. The room is all yours.

We’ve watched a lot of kids grow up on Kite Beach. 🏝️
Running a kite school here, you get used to the rhythm of the waves, the wind, and the ever-changing tides—but the biggest surprise is watching the chamaquitos who hang around the beach slowly grow up before your eyes.
Sometimes, you don’t even realize the impact you might be having on them. A smile, a high-five, a quick tip on handling a kite—it all adds up over the years.
Brayan is one of those tigueritos.
The kind of kid who’s always been curious, respectful, and full of heart. The kind of kid you want to see succeed, not just because he’s talented, but because he cares. About the playa, the sport, and the people around him.
He’s growing into a joven de verdad now, and we hope we’re lucky enough to witness his journey all the way. 🌟

Angel’s been running around Kite Beach since he was hitching rides on the back of the big boy kiters. Now? He’s out there every day, tirando su vaina with the grown crew like it’s nothing. El chamaquito’s leveling up for real!
Joselito is a chill tiguerito. In person, he’s super quiet, shy, and humble—you’d barely notice him. But once he hits the water, it`s a whole different vibe. You’ll hear him yelling and vacilando before you even see him, and when you finally spot him—diache!—he puts on a whole show. Straight-up fuego, that kid.
Our 11-year-old daughter’s kite journey has been a slow burn. We first tried getting her into it around age 7—she said she wanted to kite, but the focus just wasn’t there. Her personality wasn’t quite ready to handle the kite solo. So we chilled.
We’d let her play with the kite on light wind days, just for fun—no pressure. Then a few months back, out of nowhere, she started asking for real lessons!
Finally, she was ready to take it seriously—and today she almost stood up on the board!
We’re so proud of her, but no rush. She’ll get there at her own pace, and that’s perfect for us.
